I shipped two packages from the UPS store on 12/19 and told the employee I needed whatever would guarantee the packages were there by Christmas Eve. She told me 3 day select would have them there before then. Great. Purchased. One package arrived on 12/26, and somehow the other is arriving on 12/29. UPS online says I have to file a claim in store (or request a claim be filed in store?) I understand it is the holidays, that goes without saying. However, I paid a lot extra to make sure it was there for the holiday and it wasn't and I would like a refund. Or at least the cost difference. How likely am I to get this refund/price difference? First time returning an item with a gift receipt and it’s telling me the refund amount is $0. Am I missing something? - I received the gift a few days ago - The package is unopened - I elected to get a Amazon credit, which was the only option - I selected UPS Store drop-off - I went through the return process once and before the last step, I got an error telling me to try again later, though I don’t recall if they specified a return amount and I don’t know if that’s the reason for the $0 return or maybe something to do with how it was purchased Has anyone been through a similar experience and have any thoughts on how to get some assistance from Amazon? Hello there fellas. Today I reviewed 3 international package service invoices. It says I owe about 150 on each from something I sold to people. I sell on ebay however I have not shipped with ups. All 3 where billed to me on the same day and I have not visited or dropped off any ups packages to any ups store nor have I sold something with a tracking number for ups. Could this be a scam? I checked the tracking numbers associated with these and all of them originated from california. Has anybody encountered this?

I got a gift for Christmas from “peltz shoes” through Amazon but they are a size too big. I used the Amazon gift receipt link but it only allowed returns, no exchange. I went to the UPS store but they are charging me $20 to ship. I called the peltz customer assistance number but they aren’t answering. I just want a smaller size. What do I do?

Got a Tag Heuer automatic that I would like to start wearing again - definitely needs some sort of servicing as I can no longer self wind it if/when needed. If I wear it and walk around with it, it will wind itself and start working. It’s also been a long time since any servicing on it. Last time I just it directly to Tag - but curious if anyone has places locally they take their watches for any extensive work? I feel like when I look up stores it sounds more like they take it and ship it somewhere for you to get work done.

I am in a bind and need to purchase a xmas tree costume for my child in grade school. We are away now for winter break but when school starts he has to particpate in a holiday play that I completely forgot about. I have a good friend who sends me a Zingerman's gift basket for Christmas the past few years. Top notch snacks, something far more premium than i would ever buy myself. Walk me through the process of how it now works to ship from Canada to USA, just regular parcel stuff. not snacks, dangerous goods or special FDA **** etc. Something like a toy. I want it simple. Hi, I made a shipment but changed my mind. I want to cancel but I can only void it if the label was created with an account. I don’t have one so I called CS and they said they can’t cancel it on their end either?? Is there a solution to this? Will I get a refund if I just wait and it does not got shipped out? Went to drop off a return package at a local UPS store. The item was in a carry bag still within the box that it arrived in (arrived, not shipped as it was part of a larger box/order). The person at the counter scans my return code and tells me they can't take the return because it's in the item's box. So the owner comes in to remind us that we're open regular hours. Two minutes later, the cool driver comes in to do a mini sweep and tells us that last pick up is at 3. Owner comes out and tells the driver "it's regular hours here." That's when the driver goes "bro UPS management told all drivers that UPS Store pick ups ends at 3, and only airs are leaving the store." That's when my coworker ask "what happens if it's 3:15 and a customer wants to ship something to arrive on the 26th?" Driver goes "tell them last pick up is at 3.
