UPS Locations

The package is ground shipping. Hasn’t moved in four days. I called UPS, but of course they’re giving me the generic answers.

Lasso error 1015. Started today in the morning, tried log in with my google, apple and password. All give the same error. Called support, they don't know what it is either. Hope?

I’m stuck in a support loop with the Google Store and need to know if anyone has actually beaten this. I bought two Pixel 10 Pro's and sent in two trade-ins: an iPhone 15 Pro (which went through fine) and an old iPhone XR. Regardless of the delivery window I get, every week when I have a NDA package it arrives between 2 and 6:50. And every single time I have an early delivery window like this one, the SECOND it's loaded on the truck or goes out for delivery it gets "delayed" and it updates to something like 2-4 and it'll arrive somewhere between 3-6:50. I'm sure it's a computer making these numbers up but on what data and does it mean absolutely anything? How does the computer know to make it later the second the truck is leaving?

I purchased my condo 2 years ago. I came home tonight to a box from Target that had been shipped via UPS sitting on my doorstep. I knew it wasn’t mine. I looked at the name and sure enough it was the former resident. She must have chosen the wrong shipping address when ordering. What should I do with this box? Surely I’m not expected to haul it back to the UPS Store?? It’s currently sitting on my doorstep in hopes the former resident will realize her mistake and come get the box.

I had a new iPhone shipped via UPS to my local UPS store because It required a signature and i would be at the office and unable to sign for the package. At 2:31pm i got a notification that my package was delivered and after work at 6:50pm I went into the store to pick It up. The store staff told me that they didn’t have it and It must still be on the truck and to call again tomorrow. I then called UPS corporate who told me on their end the package is marked as picked up at 2:31pm. I have no email confirmation that i picked this package up. I worked at a UPS Store for 5 years. Recently moved into the shipping department for a large parts company. The amount of late and delayed shipments NOW is way less than when I worked at a UPS Store. I track dozens of shipments and even the ground almost always get there like clockwork when expected. Versus when at the UPS Store when if there was an important NDA, idk it just felt like something would always happen. These business-to-business shipments instead are much smoother. Do shipments from large companies get priority over retail shipments? Curious if anyone has felt or experienced that as well.

I had a seller ship out my package yesterday, they are in CA, I am in TX about 2 hrs ahead. Yesterday I checked at around 8 or 9 pm to make sure they had actually dropped it off… and my package already had the top update of “The UPS store printed and applied the shipping label” marked 2/11 at 10:17 am… except this was yesterday and that date and time were (at the time) for the next morning (now today). I bought a firearm off gunbroker, I am an FFL. Firearm was shipped from the seller, also an FFL. UPS was supposed to deliver it today. They showed up, parked at the end of my driveway, I walked outside while the driver was rummaging around in the back. After about 5 minutes he jumped in the driver seat, and took off with me standing there. I don’t think he even saw me, at least I never saw him look. I've had a run of fraudulent orders received in the past few weeks. Fortunately, Shopify has tagged them all as bogus, and it's easy enough to cancel them, so I'm out nothing but time. Still, I am mystified as to what the scammers hope to accomplish. Perhaps someone here can explain it to me? Here's what happens: An order is received for the least expensive item on my store, priced at $4.95. Postage adds another $4-5 bucks. The name on each order is literally "John Doe." (I'm not making that up, clearly the scammer is not the sharpest tool in the shed.) The credit card is always approved, which probably means that they have access to a stolen number ...

Hi! I went to the UPS store to ship a package today and the clerk refused it because I didn't have a commercial invoice attached. I have been selling on Ebay for 2 years now with most of my buyers being in the US and I had never heard of that before. I was under the impression that the customs information's were available to the customs agents thru the multiple bar codes and QR codes on the shipping label. I went to the order information's page in my sellers portal and nowhere do I find an option to print out a commercial invoice. All I can print is another shipping label or the packing slip (which I always include with my packages). Have I simply been lucky for several years ...
