Hello all, I (25F) had a job a couple months ago and I really liked it. However there was one guy there (like late 30s-mid 40s) who made it hard. Hi all! I spent about an hour and a half yesterday trying to reach customer service due to an issue with the shipment of my medication, using old tips and tricks on here, but none of them worked. However, today, I went into my local office to pick up the medication (I had it redirected to be held at the office) and they suggested that I call their store, choose the option on their menu to be directed to an agent at their office (it was something like "speak to an agent to ask about a package"), and ask to me redirected to customer service -- and it worked! Tl;dr-- Call your local FedEx office and ask them to redirect you to the customer service line.
