I've been trying to lower my monthly food costs by a lot and I've managed to get it down to around $80-$120 a month currently, just based on how much I actually decide to eat. But the biggest problem I have with this is that I literally don't eat any meat at all. I used to eat ground beef once a week or more, the occasional rack of ribs on sale for like $5, pork chops, and a small amount of chicken. I was shopping for a used car this week and had to call a few dealerships. Two didn't pick up and I realized I didn't leave a voicemail at either, I just called the next store that answered. I wasn't really that annoyed, I just wanted to inquire about certain vehicles and get feedback quickly. From inside the dealership, what actually happens when a call is missed? I recently have started getting back into collecting and building decks, I have not only come into quite a hefty amount of modern bulk but I have quite a bit of it from my days of playing competitively. I have sorted them out by set, and pulled out what I want to keep. I don’t ask this to get the most amount of money from this pile, but wondering where to take it. I know card stores will take bulk, but seeing as this is from years ago I don’t know if they’ll take it? None of them are in particular poor or exceptional quality, if sending them to the thrift shop is the best move I’m happy with that too.
