Store Locator Tool

I know multi tap is generally a no-no. This panel has a triple tap (green and bare wires) for the ground. The bare copper goes to grounding rods, the two insulated cables go to sub panels. Since the current is so low for grounds, does this matter? Can ai repaid with a pair of split bolt connectors? The double tap (white wires) are neutrals. Does it matter? Repair with a Polaris? I don’t think I can get the 6awg into the neutral bar. Located in very rural USA in unincorporated territory, no inspector or AHJ will ever show up.

Recently had to submit a time-off request due to missing a day of work because I was not feeling well. I let the other two store managers know I wouldn't be in for my shift at 8am the morning of my shift, which was scheduled for 11am. Ive been running into issues where the hot end wont heat up unless its in maintenance mode, and i get the temperature malfunction error message, ive replaced the entire heating assembly already, ive checked the usb c connections, ive formatted the sd card, ive factory reset, the hot end is seated right. Ive tightened the 7 screws.... is this blsck square above the wires in question the hot end sensor? If i cant locate the sensor then would it be the entire tool head circuit board?

Would like to preface by saying that I am from a small town in SEA.
